What kind of company can justify paying $15 a month for their email. Yes, they have more than email, but anything else they have is stupid and useless or available for free somewhere else. I am talking about the bring your own access plan that they give. They basically turned all their customers away, beacause who is going to pay $40-60 for an internet connection and another $15 for email.
