This MAC filter appears to behave either as a deny all OR as a deny specific, depending on how you have it set up.

After initial dismay, I decided that it must do more than only deny known MAC addresses -- otherwise it wouldn't provide the option to enable/allow specific MACs.

I seemed to be able to achieve a "Deny All" MAC filter by adding just my WPC11's MAC address and not checking the Filter box. I tested this by allowing a fictitious MAC and not specifying my WPC11. My WPC11 WAS DENIED as I'd hoped!! I've only tested it with the one wireless nic and not extensively, but it seems to work.
