Could it be that it would be a greater harm to the community to censor legal software? Who becomes the censor? You? Me?
For instance after 9/11 there was a great hue and cry from a certain "community" to remove all (legal) email encryption software because it could be used to encrypt email between terrorists.
Would removing that software help or harm the "community"?

Well of course. We should all have realized that what Radlight is doing is preserving democracy and free speech for us all by attacking other programs on our hard drives. What could be more patriotic?
If I were up for a promotion all I have to do is beat the sh*t out of the other candidates and I win!! Hey, maybe if I tattoo a disclaimer on my fist then that means I can't be liable right? They didn't pay for the beating so how can they complain about something they got for free? I mean they chose to go for that same promotion so they were asking for it.
