WOW Website out and Surfing problems

fatonuseni : Yesterday night i was surfing the web and found a few sites that would not load. I tried releasing and renewing my ip and that did the trick for a short while but after 15 minutes the same website would not load. I then found out it wasn't that particular website but the time limit. Almost every 15 minutes i could not connect to any website for about a minute but if i waited and hit refresh after a short while the website would be back up.

Today, i haven't tried my connection, but here from work i can not access the WOW website.

Anyone else getting these problems??
