What is acceptable packet loss?

Click for full size
I was playing some PUBG tonight and noticed that my packet loss on the upstream is varying quite a bit. What is acceptable packet loss? The upload speed is about 2.5KBps to 5KBps. My ping time during each game was between 25 and 45ms. I don't play competitively or seriously but I would like to play fairly and not be at a disadvantage. I also don't want my wife calling me when shes working one of her jobs from home or doing schoolwork and the internet goes down or something, LOL. I have not had any other noticeable issues that I know of. Downsteam during these games was perfect. The cox speed I am on is the 300/30 and my modem is a SB6183

Take a look at this thread.

It is looking more and more like it is an Amazon problem and not a Cox problem:

This is known issue with games connecting to AWS. (Fortnite, PUBG, Rocket League, etc.) It's only with COX as ISP.
