| Planet Cable is Customer Centered I've been using PlanetCable for about a month. I do a lot of work and research on the Internet, and even with the least expensive package, it has greatly improved the amount of time I spend waiting for pages to load. I'm particularly impressed with the download times of movies and music files.
However, service is their real strength. They're truly customer centered. They offer live tech support, and they make house calls. They even make follow-up calls to make sure that you're getting the service and satisfaction that you paid for.
Beyond that, they're actively involved in community events. They're not just an ISP. They're neighbors, and they treat you like a friend. |
