So far I've had this service for 2 weeks and it worked fine for a week and-a-half. My service went down but not their fault of course it would be Bell Hell Lantic. What I really like about Firstgate is that when you call for tech support you're not on hold for 2 hours they pick up RIGHT away and they ACTUALLY call you right back to let you know the status.
