Ergo, since DSLreports, nor the CLECs, know where these things are, they can't calculate distance from them. The number you get from DSLreports is a guess, nothing more. As the article says, you won't know for certain that you can get DSL until you plug in the modem and get a green light. --- Do not meddle in the affairs of sysadmins, for they are easy to annoy and have the root password. |
