I recently noticed slower page loads and decreased speeds so I did a line quality test. I noticed a 4% and 5% loss at my end of the line but I never had this problem before. How could this have been caused? Did something specific happen on my end like the modem getting worst or should I just get a Rogers tech to check out the problem? |

Have you seen the ping times? That's what I have to complain about, It's a very valid reason, and I am still getting 2% loss at my side, which means phub is overloaded. Thats what Steve told me.

I'm getting 100% transfer efficiency but I'm getting a "2+ second stall." What exactly is this "stall" and how can it be fixed? |

its a line problem, fixed when ure line gets fixed, and I told you why I am complaining, like I want my pings at 119 ms, that's a reason to complain, a very valid one.

notice the ping differences? at off peak times there's probably a less then 1ms ping between the 2 hops... teleglobe's financial difficulties is beeing reflected in their backbone... i've seen about 10 different congestions between teleglobe and other isp's in the past few days |
