Major problem here... please help!

I woke up today and discovered a major problem with my connection that i've never had before. Whenever i try to download or upload something, after a few seconds my connection will die. I cant even do the speed test or tweak test either because it involves downloading bytes. Its been happening all day. But I seem to be surfing the web and chating on mIRC ok at the moment. Does anyone know why this is happening all of a sudden? please help...

Could it be a line problem or something?
actually i know that most of u hate rogers, but i like it... i get good speeds, 320/50 Kbps most of the time and i barely experience any slowdowns or connection failures.

I cant even do a line quality test with this problem i have right now, It ping timeouts. Reseting my modem is the only way to reactivate my conection but then if i try and download again or even browse a big website with lots of pictures, my connection will die again.

Is that your line test? That looks amazingly good. If your speeds are that bad there is nothing we can do to help you. You need to call Rogers and tell them you are going to cancel unless its fixed ASAP

Nope, it has nothing to do with my PC settings. I've got a home network that is sharing internet, seems to be happening with all PCs. I ussually get really amazing speeds with Rogers. I've had Rogers for almost a year and never had any big problems until recently. I called tech support and the person ran some tests and said he doesnt know what is causing this to happen. So he gave me a reference number and told me to call back within 24 to 48 hours.
