ExitPremium,ExMod 2002 join:2001-04-10 Canada | Are your speeds that low all the time? Those are some brutal numbers.
Firstly lower your Rwin. There is no need for such a high rwin if you are gettin >500kbs. That could be one of the causes of packet loss.
The truth is that no matter how much you tweak your line the results will be nothing unless Rogers does something in your area to fix things up. So give them a call and tell them how low your speed is and complain about everything you can. Then keep calling as often as you can stand them until they do something

Your line is messsssssssed up from what i can seee...
Check wiring, turn off the modem, unplug it totaly(including the dc acapter and the cable wiring) and let it cool for a bit (give it a good 15 minutes). Plug it back and connect everything back. -- ·.·´¯`·.·MAU108·.·´¯`·.· |

ExitPremium,ExMod 2002 join:2001-04-10 Canada | reply to xRAGEx Just to see what you get try the proxy
GO to the tools menu>internet options>connections>lan settings
In the proxy field put »proxy:8080
See how your speed results are. It will not help with the line test any so dont expect it to.

Do as I have stated above... I would also suggest you head down to your basement and chechking the terminals. Make sure there is not loose wiring or duct. Clean it all up -- ·.·´¯`·.·MAU108·.·´¯`·.· |
