Nope. I had 2000-2500kbps speeds when the 2 computers on my network were using the bandwidth. I used to get over 300KB/s on IRC servers.
Now I get the fluctuated speeds you see above, even though only 1 computer is being used. At Tucows.com I get under 250KB/s. Not to mention the bad pings and some packet loss. |
