Thornhill is not in Markham lol, its in Vaughan along with Richmondhill and Maple... i live at Dufferin and Clark(about 1 block north of it). with bell I am getting optimal speeds.... I sure hope it is the same with rogers  --

When i was at brownridge in Grade 8, i helped with the network. I did a trace route. It went from network.yrbe.edu.on.ca to 399494.wave.rogers.home.com or somthing like that! All the YRDSB Schools use Rogers @WORK (Is that what it still is called?)

most schools are hooked up to the TDSB network thru 10mbps or 100mbps lan
from there they use the bell nexxia backbone |

I found out today by the former Brownridge Admin. That YRDSB changed from Rogars @WORK to Group Telecom.
