Complaining to Rogers

What number do i call or e-mail if i want to complain to Rogers. Before I do, i will put my results for everyone to see. I will do all the suggestion you guys give and then i'll complain. Specifically i want suggestions (tweaks, what should i complain, NIC drivers? getting a new cable modem, something bout turning off modem? whatever) on raising my upload speed. It's pathetic! I know i can't do much cuz i live in the upper middle class of Markham as ppl noted...grr

so sad...my friend who used to live in my area was getting low speeds too, he just moved to a newly built area in richmond hill and he's was downloading at 400 kilobytes/second with rogers...

Sad to report that Rogers will do nothing until speeds drop below 128 Kbits/sec, when you'll just be billed for Lite.

In your case, make sure attach your test result. You ping latency is way too high.
