| No Caps ?!?!?! Just reported in one of the Rogers newsgroups.
"At this time we have no plans to implement caps."
Either there has been a change, or the CRR had a braindump, or "at this time" is a huge escape clause, or some combination of the three!
Also, there are reports that Sympatico is having second thoughts about caps. |

I e-mailed rogers asking whether we are going to get caps, it was an automatic reponse, but i think we are getting them, they would of said we weren't getting them if we weren't.

It was in the rogers.general usenet newsgroup (available only from the rogers nntp server).
Considering they're now advertising 1.5/192 the chance of my d/l going at 3Mbits/sec is slim to none! |
