Well I got burned really good! I forked out $325 dollars with only 2 to 3 weeks of service which took 4 months to setup! I had been trying to contact them to find out what was going on with my services when I check dslreports.com on 1/13/2001 and found that my wonderful isp had gone under without even contacting me.
I don't know if going with anyone else is even worth it at this point since covad is so ##### up. Ahh.. god this really hurts I guess its time to call the credit card company and dispute the charges... [text was edited by moderator]
Same here, I plan to dispute all charges from Bazillion. I had just about 5 weeks of service until my line was suddenly disconnected last Tuesday. This really sucks, and there's NO WAY I am going with Covad or anyone else who wants a 12 month contract. ADSL/cable modem should be available within a few months, so it would be stupid to lock myself into a full year of IDSL. Also, what happens to this useless IDSL modem? Time for an ebay auction I guess!
