Note not bad, but no date given for service drop

I am a Bazillion...er..former Bazillion customer who got the same email as the other 5000. I don't think the email was nasty but it does put me in a bad spot. I'm also interested to hear what they plan to do about the 17 days of service they've billed me for.....any ideas?

Well, I guess it's not all bad! I am a soon to be former Bazillion customer using IDSL (ISDN with Marketing!) Now Cable modems are available in my area, I think I may get faster AND cheaper then $50.00 a month. I just hope that the year contract is null and void upon recieving the support@bazillion.com email

They broke their end of the contract, thereby making such contract null and void.

If you read the atricle the man from bazillion said they would not refund anything. Maybe they will give Phone service in place of the refund.

I'm not necessarily interested in a refund for anything, but it would DEFINTELY be nice if they let us continue to use that 400 minutes of long distance each month.

I was kinda getting used to that...
