 Anon | My money went a bazillion times faster!!!! I just woke up and my dsl is off and I figured oh another server problem. I jumped on the good ol 56k dialup and found I have been screwed. I come to dsl reports to find another isp for dsl and read this. I just had my lawyer place a call to bazillion tuesday {myself}. Anyhow after telling them I was a lawyer and that I will sue them if they don't fix my email to my law firm. I also told the person I heard they are not accepting new customers. She said yes but existing customers were guranteed service no matter what. I had been a bazillion customer only 2 weeks and then they folded without telling me. I had talked with covad safety net department and they were supposed to help me last week to get off bazillion. They have done nothing for me nor have I heard from them. Tommorrow I am contacting my states attorney general and their states attorney general for consumer fraud. I have a dead dsl line with a signal and can't get any new service elsewhere. Covad customer service flat out refused to remove their signal from my line. I am out $200 for installation and money for service not delivered.
