Re: Now Who's Next

one of my customers had bazillion, (their decision not mine)I signed up with covad.net about two weeks ago when all of this started with bazillion. I called covad.net sat night and they said they are switching my line to their service and this might take up to 48 hours, so i may experience some down time. I guess all of bazillions lines automaticly got released on saturday. bottom line call covad.net now!! it could take up to a month for a new provider ie: speakeasy to switch your line (that is what xo told me), supposedly covad.net will keep you up and running. I guess we have no other option but to let them try to keep our service up untill we can find another provider.

Thats not necessarily true. Covad is attempting to continue uninterrupted service REGARDLESS who you switch to. Dont be fooled into thinking you have to go with Covad.net. The key is to do it ASAP. Once your switch is in the process does not take that long. They do 1 batch run per day to do the previous days requests. www.futurenet.net
