Our team has almost reached 5,000,000 sq ft [what is that, 2 sq miles?]. In the grand scheme of things, it doesnt look like much is being accomplished, assuming every click saves a few feet of land.

Looking to the silver lining, there are 25.8 square miles of forest that will never become an asphalt jungle.

I haven't really looked into this... but how do you know that the land purchased through this program will not be bought out by some developer in the future? Are there guarantees?
