i got it workin wit my other network card... i dont think it makes a difference tho

Meaning of Full duplex is that it allows for data to flow in and out at the same time.

With half duplex its only one way.

Normally broadband users dont need full duplex but some like to have it on.

Try it out, there shouldnt be that much of a change.
