Re: WOW I believe it's the government that sets the rates at which a telco can sell a "line". Telcos are regulated by tariff laws. When the gov. regulates how much MS sells their product for THEN you can make a comparison.
As far as "big" dsl companies going under it's both shocking and disheartening. Just goes along with the saying "It takes money to make money". Hmm, although SBC's Prodigy is taking on water at this very moment. Go figure... |
