how did u get it?

I told them that my downloads kept dropping to zero

my internet freezes

and a minute later it all works again.

They sent someone over and switch my modem after checking a million other things first and found no solution.

Here is my speed test:

Looks like they forgot the speed caps ... but it proves that when it works, it really works. Of course, when they load up the CMTS node, who knows what will happen!

the line quality tests r wrong when it comes to 1st hop pings tho.. ever since the pings from wlfde to teleglobe nyc jumped the 1st hop pings are always wrong... from the west coast tho the pings to the 1st hop are usually around 6ms in the tracert it shows

I'm finally getting my modem swapped on friday. They kept giving me excuses about how the problem is with the signal in my area being to weak and thats why I'm getting a poor connection and they wouldn't swap my modem. But now my signal is fixed and I'm still getting a crap connection so I guess they were out of excuses and had to give me the new modem.

I first got the erikson one.. but it wouldn't connect...

then i got RCA... and the rest is history =)
