Smooth sailing since horrific install

The transition from GTE to Verizon since the merger has been ridiculously botched. This install took nearly 60 days, and the final working install was two weeks past Verizon's promised date. The delay was purely procedural, caused by the inability of the sales team in Indianapolis to properly enter the order. Apparently circuit ID formats have not been smoothly transitioned post-merger. Once the order was finally placed correctly, service was operational within minutes. Imbris placed the Verizon order under my LOA, but I got involved directly once the order was botched on Verizon's side. Verizon makes the third world look advanced, and this problem was clearly their fault, not the fault of Imbris.

My experience with Imbris has been very good. They've been helpful in a number of ways, working to transition my location from a private frame network to a VPN. Their responses are timely, courteous, and competent. They helped to reconfigure all of my equipment, though they were not familiar with the specific brands and models that I had.

Circuit performance has been very solid. It's consistently performing above CIR on a 384K frame relay connection. I've had no noticeable interruption in service since the circuit came up three months ago. Bravo.
