Re: Now Who's Next

I'm trying to find the $59.95 rate for IDSL on Speakeasy.net. I do not see a package called HotWire Plus listed anywhere. All of the 144/144 IDSL packages are listed at $89.95. Does the cheaper rate really exist? Can someone provide the link.

Also, if you switch ISP's via Covad.net, which ISP do you go with (e.g., DSL.net, Concentric, Speakeasy, etc).

I spoke with a Speakeasy rep yesterday asking about how to get the Hotwire Plus (I also could not find it on the website). He said that only a portion of the IDSL customers would qualify (I believe those using the Telesurfer accounts at present, but I don't remember exactly). If you sign up for the IDSL service and qualify for the Hotwire plus, then you will get it for 59.99, if not then it's 89.99. I went ahead and signed up without being sure of which version of IDSL I had... I could care less at this point. Not going back to dial-up and I will NOT use Bellsouth (my ILEC) for any amount of money.
