| Is Rogers going through with their max d/l limit? I am thinking about paying for those monthly newsgroup access thingies but if Rogers is going to put like a 5gig monthly cap on me, then I better off not wasting money. Any know if they going to d/l limit us and if so any idea when that will happen? |

| I'm pretty sure the caps r gonna be implemented by the end of this year... maybe even earlier... like the end of the summer |

| Well I've been hit by the speed decrease already as mentioned on their website.
Thats ok, as long as they don't put in the caps yet I don't really care about speed. |
