Ahhh At last some posts on DLS. I signed up for prequalification two weeks ago, and since I didn't know any better, I emailed customer service last week asking how my qualification went. They responded by emailing me back saying I did not qualify, and that they left a voice mail for me. However I never got a message from them. (I just wonder if I got confused with some one else.)

Funny thing is... according to my wife, the DLS van was in front of my house yesterday. Which would seem to be on par with a 2-3 week wait for the pre-qual. I'll just wait and see if I get a call soon.

I send in a request for a coverage test over 3 months ago, and they never even called. I live in south elgin. I would think if they want to keep customers (there are 3 wireless providers in the area now), they would need to up their response time. I didn't bother follow up with them, just figured they did not want my money. Guess I will give it to someone else.

I just send in a coverage request yesterday (9/15) for foxvalley.net, and the were out today (9/16). So far so good.
