What do these rWIN settings look like to you? Anything you would recommend me change?

Is there anything I can do about:

Retransmitted data packets: 6
pushed data pkts: 8
transfer efficiency: 94%

I would say leave it at default.

Clear DRTCP (TCP Receive Window) and reboot.

Thats should be optimal for your connection.

Guys I still aint capped lol.
