Canada | I got my NEW MODEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today I got my new modem!!!! A nice blue TERAYON. The tech was an asswipe, gave me a hard time. Said line was okay and my LanCity was fine...said he'd stick with LanCity. What a dumbass.
Now my speeds are constant...passed line quality. Im a happy camper...

But, the numbers you quote are absolutely 100% typical of what a TeraPro should do ... about 21mS ping to the gateway, and with 1.5/192 cap speeds should be about 0.9 to 1.2M down and 160-180 up. |

I got my NEW MODEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah I know but...Its nice...fast...and now dloading like its suposed to. The tech said my area is not Docsis and I said do u know for sure? he said no.
He said hed keep my Lancity with a 10K dload....but i said no...now i download at over 130K constantly!!!!!!!! |
