Badger, this is how undercapitalized Adelphia is here in Los Angeles. They simply don't have the cash, people, or clout to operate in Los Angeles....period. End of story. Why else would they have to go to O.C. for techs?

Hmmm.... What exactly were they doing in LA? Not paying their subcontractors, that's what. Disgraceful.
