High pings caused by P2P
Well, Unplugged isn't alone. Along with everyone else they're dealing with the P2P issue like Kazaa's DoS Supernode function. They're working on the problem though and the latency spikes seem to be occurring less and less.
Rumor has it that 3000/3000 service may be coming by the end of summer. Can't wait.
