look at the line quality test i ran. i get up to 25% packet loss. this is unacceptable. |

 | reply to skillton HAHAHAHAH.... i don't mean to burst ur bubble, but i've received that email before.... u should have really gone to the phone first though... in the last 8-12months i've had atleast a dozen trouble ticket out (including tickets that covered an entire area, not only me)... at the moment i have three tickets... one is supposedly resolved, while the other two have been in "pending" status since April... no updates, nothin.... u can only hope that they will not handle your situation in the same manner..... but then again, it's ROGERS!... sry.... |

| Hahaa, Rogers' "Trouble Tickets" are exactly what they seem, TROUBLE. Nothing ever gets resolved, I've been given reference numbers to these tickets, the next day they disappear without being solved, or they are entered into their system as being solved and problems still persist.
