| lower.... Guys, how about people try a lower MTU value.
1492 would be a good place to start.
When I was switching from bell rogers, my mtu was at 1492 and I noticed much better response with a lower mtu.
I know it doesn't make sense but still give it a try.
See if it helps speeds and pings.

I have never played with the RWin stuff or the MTU, and my speeds have been good. Well only as good as the lame caps, hehe... Maybe Win2k Server that I use to route my internet handles this stuff better, I dunno.
