Just got off the phone with customer service as well as tech support. Loved the 5 secs of silence when I asked how much lower I should expect my next monthly bill to be.
Anyway, I don't know if it'll do any good or not, same old shit. This tech guy actually recognized that it was pretty shitty not to inform Rogers customers.

It'll all go upon deaf ears... You can send thousands of emails and scream all you want. The corporate mongrels just ignore it and are just thinking of another plan to charge more money for less service. That seems to be the trend in Canadian broadband these days.
