Does anyone know if Unplugged's 3mbit turn-up date is still July 15th/16th? That's what Russell told me but that was 2 1/2 months ago so I don't know if it's changed since then.

They're working on it...but according to Duane the 3rd parties pretty much follow their own schedule while they try and push them along.
