Antigo, WI | Verizon customer pledge - Make us money... While I understand the call for some cut backs just to get long distance, this is at the cost of the customer!?! This is just another case where the corporate bull is stomping on to what ever goals they have received. Screw that. My verizon services arent worth keeping for that type of "customer service."
Maybe Verizon should listen to what is saids when it started... "A different kind of company... one that listens to its customers."
I guess they changed their minds.
