| why the little guys rule i'm located in newark, ca and have been using raw bandwidth for the past 18 months. i initially had some troubles with packetloss on my line since i was located at least 15K feet from the CO... however RB was extremely diligent and concerned. in no time i had a loaner modem and tech support was at my house the next day to fix the issue. after experiencing the horror of dealing with pacbell's customer support i was tickled pink to experience the responsiveness that one can only get from a local ISP. i've referred 3 friends to RB and all have been pleased. while i'm not a fan of pacbell, mike durkin at raw bandwidth has done an excellent job of shielding customers from the notorious corporate b.s. five stars here.... |
