Grumpy I would explain to the people you speak with at RR that network connectivity is composed of two performance indicators, one being bandwidth and the other being latency. And then go on to explain how there are many other ISP's that will provide you with high bandwidth low latency connection that you need for an enjoyable broadband experience.
