The real question is.. why would anyone do this, it will be just like the ILEC hell dsl user had to go through until the CLEC succefully exerted thier (*wink*WINK* non existant) monopoly power. When I called earthlink and persisted with thier rep they basically admitted all they offerd was dial up email and...
