| Fast Downloads??? In your Dreams!!! I think someone missunderstands quick downloads! That connection sux big time, since instalatin i still have problems, speeds are variable and not steady at all, getting disconnected every few hours... horrible expirence... i am sorry that i spent time for installing this... one thing you can do is browse and play game for 30 minutes because after 30 minutes the connection is going to get disconnected... sorry honest true... unless they fix it i will tell them to take it away.... |

Lincolnshire, IL | You must not be getting a clean signal. I would call them up and tell them about the problems you are having. They may have to replace your radio. No service is perfect but what is important is that they go out of their way to serve you. |

I am sorry you feel that way about the service, but I believe the company received a bad shipment of units. So they are in the same boat as you. Hasn't someone been out to your place to replace the radio? |

| I dont have a problem with the company the guys are good, and i am just complaining on the freaking equipment, they are waiting for the shippment... hopefully they will come to my house and replace the radio... again...

| As of right now i get not much speeds, 20k download tops and 50k upload. i called them and they are trying to figure it out what is the problem and seems like i just have a bad ass luck with it, they are saying that i am only one that have the problems. they swaped the radio and made worse i was getting better speeds with the old radio. i have no idea what is wrong anyone maybe can come up with something that will help us out |

| I have not had any problems with the service. I have the symetrical package and I have been getting 1500/1500. The service is great. Are you looking at porn or downloading illegal files? They could have blocked those ports. I would ask your parents to help you if you need help. |
