Powergate wins hands down. I'm not a cable subscriber so I pay the extra $10 and I would have to say it's worth it. Powergate has also upped the usage levels to 10gigs both ways and that's plenty I've not heard of any other ISP that will offer this for home service. As for problems I don't really have any at all and when I do it's quickly resolved unlike other providers that tell you your problem is with your computer and not their service. At any rate keep up the good work; for a small company (I think) you sure are taking it to the big guys (BELL).
Your are right, we are a small company (12 people including the owners). We take pride in being a small, local company and still beating the pants off the competition.
