They're getting the press coverage they deserve. Doing a bad job should get you more coverage.
I agree. Hopefully, customers will start canceling in droves to protest this crappy service. Hitting Cox (a kick in the nuts?) in the pocketbook will force them to make good on their promises. Any other form of complaining to Cox is useless.
