Indra's Service

I've had Indra's Net DSL services for about a year now, since I moved to Colorado. In shopping around for DSL providers they were recommended to me in a newsgroup. I like Indra's straight-forward web site, with prices and explanation of services. Very clear, unlike some other ISP's. From shopping around it seems that Indra offers very competitive rates. However rates aren't the most important thing... In the year that I've had services with them, I'm only aware of 1 outage involving Indra's network, actually maybe two, the second only about 10 minutes or so. I've had two, that I know, which were Qwest's network. Network availability has been very good.

Support has been good as well. I like smaller ISP's, at least when comparing them to large / nation-wide providers. Sure, their availability (hours) are not as good, but when you call in you actually get the issue resolved. Not that I've had any real issues, but a tech was able to rebuild my DSL router when needed. They all appear to be very knowledgeable.

I would recommend. I can't compare them to any other DSL ISP's... and depending on what you're looking for, maybe there are better options. But there is nothing 'bad' that can be said about Indra.
