 | I agree on the poor, very poor service. I have two-way cable modem. I have very low bandwidth even though I am paying for Broad Band. The low bandwidth began about a month to a month and a half. What I have found out are: 1. They are testing their dsl modems 2. They are switching cable modems to suscom@home 3. If you call the customer support and tell them that tech support explained the bandwidth problem and to call and get a 1 month free credit.
What I do not understand, is why someone would sell a service and then not provide the service that was purchased. Before the DOCSIS modems, service was worse. When they introduced the DOCSIS modems, things were great, until recently. Now I have low, very low bandwidth due to there dsl testing. I feel that there may be other things that they are or are not doing that could aiding to this very poor service related to the bandwidth issue. Tech support, I did not know that Blazenet had tech support. LOL I do not trust blazenet or susucom since they are both parent companies of Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. due to the current misleading offer of selling high speed access and then abusing the network robbing by testing dsl modems to hog the bandwidth. If I can recall correctly I may have heard that they know that some or one of their routers are causing problems, but they do not know which one/s. That is scary. |
