I've had Bazillion's service for the past month but it has been down for almost 2 wks of that time. Technical support is a joke and unreliable--they don;'t respond to e-mails, or call back. In order to get any service prepare to wait on hold for a long time. When I requested a manager or level 2 support there was NEVER any available. I cancelled today--Bazillion was a total waste of time.
