Delta, BC | It would be a good scam for them too. Cause the people running servers would be more likely to go over their limits by accident, and Rogers would be the ones to reap the benefits.
I see no reason whatsoever why they shouldn't allow servers after instituting bandwidth limits. Frankly, they're stupid not to.

As the issue of bandwidth caps has not taken place on the network at
this time, it does not warrant the use of servers on the Rogers network.

once the bandwidth caps are in place, is not known at this time. We
