On ion's 214 filed on Nov 16 of last year it states

IANAL, but would dsl discontinuance require a 214 since it is separate and distinct from "telecommunications"? An uncontested discontinuation filing takes at least 30 days, assuming that Sprint has sent out its notices in the correct format (the email many of us received is NOT in the right format).
