Earthlink email

I had Sprint ION then switched to Biz DSL. I used to have email with Earthlink thru ION. Does anyone have Earthlink email thru Sprint Biz DSL now?

I was promised the switch of my ION email addresses to Biz DSL in December.

So far, even with weekly and monthly calls and/or emails at the first tier tech through supervisor level, it has not been transferred. I lost access in April -- and pestering has hard as I dared, no one has gotten back to me with "your account is been re-initiated, here are the passwords."

It is the only thing on which Sprint has truly failed to perform -- and has cost commercial damage.

My Sprint ION/Earthlink email continued to work on my Sprint Biz DSL account. Then Sprint dropped my Sprint Biz DSL account as part of an accounting snafu. When my Sprint Biz DSL service was restored (by provisioning a new account and waiting for almost 2 months), the Earthlink email still worked. However about 4 days ago th Earthlink email stopped working. I did not bother calling Sprint about the issue, since they seem powerless to do anything. Interestingly, the Earthlink account still works for their USENET servers.

As an aside, I called Sprint today to try to straighten out some billing issues. It took forever to get someone. When I finally got someone, they had absolutely no interest in fixing the billing issues. I eventually got a supervisor. The supervisor tried to assure me that everything would be set straight, but no one could talk about specific numbers. I need a specific number so I know what to write my check for. All they would do was to assure me that things would be worked out and that it would take some time. Moral must be low. And they have absolutely no ability (or at least desire) to address billing questions. It's really hard to do business on these terms.
