 | The new and improved SprintBIZ DSL I was thinking of signing up for this, but was wondering how long it would last. I really don't know much about Sprint, but wanted to make sure Sprint has a good history of customer support. I'd hate to, say, sign up for this and find out a few months later they've given up on it and left me "high and dry" as a customer. Any thoughts?

 | Their customer list will be a huge corporate asset. Clearly these customers will obviously buy anything at twice the market price... |

 | reply to bodysurf Remeber, always sign up for 3 year terms. It will only be active 6 months anyway, might as well save some money. |

 | reply to bodysurf From the Sprint web site. Only certain browsers can view the hidden text.
With Sprint Business DSL, you'll: - Connect with always-on connectivity at speeds up to 26 times faster than dial-up (At 3 times the cost of equivalent DSL)
- Surf confidently with business class guarantees (Knowing that we'll conveniently give you 30 days notice until we pull the plug)
- Scale easily to support your expanding staff (At ever-expanding rates, of course)
- Choose from a wide range of speeds and DSL technologies (We have ION, SuperFast BizDSL, and not-so SuperFast BizDSL - all the same low-low price of $120.00)
Tap into exceptional 24x7x365 (9:00am-5:00pm) customer service and dedicated technical support (Although we do "occasionally" take weekends and afterhours off.) |
