| IIS server doesn't work when online I got IIS on my system for development purposes... ws workin okay till I had sympatico, but after moving to brampton had to get Rogers... since then it doesn't work if I try to surf to »localhost or »127.0.0.1 I get a
Server Error
The following error occurred:
Bad URL
I tried a lot of things but to no use.. does anyone have any idea what is going on |

how bout u disable the proxy?
Tools>Internet Options>Connections>Lan Settings... uncheck everything...
that error only occurs when u use rogers' proxies... if dat doesnt fix it then i guess somethings is wrong...
also try ur ip adress instead of 127.0.0.1 |

well it works with the IP address.. but it makes it slower to access i prefer surfing locally.. its like this if i disable my NIC it will work fine locally and it will keep working for a while and stop working again... dont have any clue of what is happening |
